Placing an order with Lille Firma is simple you have 3 choices, you can order by telephone, by email or over the internet through this website.

To order by telephone:

•We will then ask you which products you'd like to order and the quantity.
•We will then give you the estimated delivery time and final cost.
•We will then ask for your email address so that we can send you a payment request via Paypal or alternatively you can send us personal cheque.
•You do not need a Paypal account you can pay using your credit or debit card.
•After we have received your payment information we will give you an order number. This number can be used to track the progress of the order and should be given to us with any query you have with this order.
•Your goods will then be sent to you as soon as they are ready.

To order by email:
