Delivery and Returns

Standard Delivery cost is £3.50 per order
Express Delivery cost is £6.00 per order

Gift Wrapping is £2.50 per order

Standard Delivery
We aim to despatch your goods as soon as possible, however please allow 7 days for the goods to reach you if they are in stock.

If an order is out of stock will we get back to you as soon as possible to let you know when you can expect delivery, if you do not wish to wait you are welcome to cancel your order and your payment will be refunded immediately.

Express Delivery
Will arrive with you on the next working day if ordered before 1pm. If ordered after 1pm we will try to have your goods with you the next day, if not they will arrive within 48 hours.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your goods you are welcome to return them within 14 days of receipt and as long as they are in good resaleable condtion (time allowances will be made for Christmas gifts).

Just call us up on 020 8997 0527 to obtain a returns authorisation number. Then repackage the goods as well as they were wrapped when you received them and send them to: Lille Firma Ltd, 210 Meadvale Road, Ealing, London, W5 1LT making sure you include your order form (which would have been sent with your goods) and your returns authorisation number.

Please note we cannot accept any responsibilty for goods damaged in the post when being sent back to us, so make sure all goods are packaged as well as they were when you received them . Also remember to get proof of sending from the post office. Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage for unwanted items, however postage will be refunded for faulty goods.
