Placing an order with Lille Firma is simple you have 2 choices, you can order by telephone or over the internet through this website.

To order by telephone:

• Call our order number - 020 8997 0527
• We will then ask you the product number of the items you wish to order and the quantity.
• We will then give you the estimated delivery time and final cost.
• We will then ask for your payment details, we accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Debit cards and personal cheque.
• After we have received your payment information we will give you an order number. This number can be used to track the progress of the order and should be given to us with any query you have with this order.
• Your goods will then be sent to you as soon as they are ready.

To order by internet:

• Browse the categories using the navigation at the top of the page.
• Add the products you want selecting the correct options and the correct quantity.
• Go to the view basket screen to make sure you have everything you want.
• Go through the checkout process, enter in all the required information, and your goods will be sent to you as soon as they are ready.
