If you are not satisfied with your goods you are welcome to return them within 14 days of receipt and as long as they are in good resaleable condtion (time allowances will be made for Christmas gifts).

Just email us at mia@lillefirma.com to obtain a returns authorisation number. Then repackage the goods as well as they were wrapped when you received them and send them to: Lille Firma Ltd, 210 Meadvale Road, Ealing, London, W5 1LT making sure you include your order form (which would have been sent with your goods) and your returns authorisation number.

Please note we cannot accept any responsibilty for goods damaged in the post when being sent back to us, so make sure all goods are packaged as well as they were when you received them .Also remember to get proof of sending from the post office.

Unfortunately we cannot refund return postage for unwanted items, however postage will be refunded for faulty goods.
